Airline Travel and Car Rental Partners

UNITED AIRLINES - United Airlines is offering special meeting fares for all attendees of the Hawaii International Conference who use the Special Meeting Desk to book their reservations.  Simply call (or have your travel agent call) 1-800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 515GJ.  Mileage Plus members receive full credit for all miles flown to this meeting.  Tickets can be mailed by United, picked up at your local travel agency or United Airline ticket office.  You or your travel agent should call early as seats may be limited.

Luau and Dinner Shows

1. Magic of Polynesia show (date to be announced), at The Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel, 2300 Kalakaua Ave., 2nd Floor Showroom. A dazzling world-class production. Hawaiian legends unfold before your eyes. Mystifying illusions and special effects take the art of magic to its outer limits. Hawaii's internationally acclaimed illusionist, John Hirokawa, is a master. Keep your eyes on his hands as John casts his spell and transforms the showroom into a spellbinding arena of brilliant magic.

2. Creation - A Polynesian Odyssey cocktail show (date to be announced), at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel Waikiki, 120 Kaiulani Ave., second floor showroom. Creation - A Polynesian Journey takes the audience on a theatrical excursion to witness the mythical creation of Polynesian man and woman along with their spectacular voyage through the Pacific. The show presents a chronological story through the South Pacific Islands with an accomplished cast of performers representing the cultural music and dances of Tahiti, New Zealand, Fiji, the Marquesas Islands, Samoa and Hawaii.

3. Germaine’s Luau (date to be announced), 4:15 pm pick up at Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, 2255 Kalakaua AveLocated on a private beach on the west coast of Oahu, Germaine’s Luau exudes the secret charm of old Hawai’i.  Indulge yourself in a multi-course-all-you-can-eat feast of the taste-tempting authentic Hawaiian and American entrees while enjoying refreshing tropical cocktails. Then sit back and enjoy the most spectacular Polynesian Revue in Hawaii.

4. Atlantis Moonlight Dinner Cruise departs from Pier 6, Aloha Tower Marketplace, (date to be announced).
